What is your question?
This is a 2012 fusion, I replaced a dead battery, when I first started it the steering wheel was locked, but the car started and would go back and forth, just could not move the steering wheel. After turning on and off several times and wiggling the wheel back and forth, and doing a lot of cussing and pounding on the wheel, it unlocked, not even sure what did it, I started it the last time, it wasn’t moving and I sat in there pulled out my phone to google the problem and when I reached down on the wheel it turned. I drove around fine that night and the next morning I get in start it now the wheel is not locked but the power steering is not working and the screen is saying service power steering! There was no light on at all when the wheel was locked. All worked fine before I changed the dead battery

Hello, sounds like you'll need some help with a diagnostic tool that can check for chassis codes and determine what is going wrong. Additionally, check the electrical system - alternator and charging system of the vehicle, as abnormal vehicle voltage can affect proper operation of electrical components including your electronic power steering system.
