where is the blend door on a 2011 ford fusion

All blend doors are behind the dash. There are 2 blend doors for temperature on a Fusion, one behind the center stack on the left side of it for the driver's side temperature mix, and on the right side of the stack behind the dash for the passenger side mix. They are attached to the heater and evaporator plenum box. Strongly recommend diagnosis steps to determine the cause of failure.
