Is there away to reset MyKey without an admin key?

What is your question?

Alot of Fords have MyKey safety feature that programs your key and sets limits on various functions such as an 80mph governor, mutes the radio if seat belts aren't buckled, volume limit on radio. I only have 1 key and it's set as a MyKey and can't be unprogrammed without an Admin key. Is there a way to reset this key or feature that doesn't involve an admin key, remote starter, or keyless start feature?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing, it's just a security feature that shouldn't have been installed
