What is your question?
While driving the car stalled like as if there was no gas but there was a half a tank... I restarted the car and it cranked but it wouldn't turn over... I KNOW it's not the battery cuz the lights are on..the machenic is stumped 🤔
How long has your 2010 Ford Fusion had this problem?
It's been a week

A mechanic that is stumped concerns me. This isn't hard stuff. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops You have a fuel delivery concern, an ignition spark concern or an air intake concern. The absolute first thing I'd check is the fuel cut off inertia switch, located at the passenger front kick panel area. If this is tripped, fuel supply will stop and the engine will stall. Check here first.
But what if the fuel pump is working could it still be the inertia switch
