Power steering is dead, I can even access the steering computer, recall????

Good Morning, If you have lost your power steering, it maybe out of fluid but if the fluid is full the pump could be bad. It would need to be checked out to find the exact problem, I did check for recalls and there were none on your vehicle that I could find with the info I had.
