Car makes revving sound when I accelerate

I hear a revving sound when ever I pick up the speed. I can only drive slow and my car jerks every time I try to accelerate and the humming sound gets loudef

What makes this problem better or worse?

It gets worse When I step on the gas

How long has your 2010 Ford Fusion had this problem?

2 days. The last time I had a similar problem was in January and it was due to my spark plugs
