2010 ford fusion heater only blows cold air

Hello, the heater blows cold air only for one of two reasons. One - the engine is not getting to proper operating temperature. This can be due to an engine thermostat issue, for example. Two, the climate control system inside the vehicle could be malfunctioning. For example, the temperature blend door motor of the climate control system may not be working.
