Hello, your first spark plug change was at 200,000 miles?! Wow. That's way too long. These should have at least been replaced at 100,000 miles. Nonetheless, did you change the boots on your coils when you replaced the spark plugs? If not, you may be experiencing a severe engine misfire while driving, reducing power significantly. Spark can leak from having stretched the rubber boots causing dry rot cracks in them. It's a best practice to simply replace the boots when replacing the plugs in the first place. It may need coil replacement at this point. However with the "wrench" light, you could also have a problem with the electronic throttle body. This would create a "limp mode" condition. Diagnostic testing will absolutely point you into the right direction and lead you to the proper resolution, as diagnostic trouble codes are certainly present when warning lights are illuminated.
