Instrument Panel is falling apart.

What is your question?

The vent on the driver side is popping out and the pad is coming unglued, the button to the center bin has pooped out, the fins in the center left vent broke, and the pad below the passenger airbag is coming unglued. Has anyone else seen so many quality issues with their cockpit??
