My wrench light is on and then the engine light came on. What should I do.

I have a 2008 ford fusion. I had it rebuilt last april and been dealing with this same problem for the past 8 1/2 months. I take it to get looked at and every time the mechanic cant seem to know what is wrong with it. Last time I took it was 5 weeks ago and they both went back on today.
