My car don't shift into any gears after the first shift

What is your question?

When I take off the car will shift one time it is a five speed it will go into reverse just fine but all of a sudden it will not shift into 3rd or 4th or 5 th I changed fluid and filter and still having same problem

How long has your 2007 Ford Fusion had this problem?
