Hi, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Oh wow, you’ve definitely put in a lot of work on this. Im sure it is frustrating that it is still misfiring. The good news is that, assuming you were using high quality new parts, you have eliminated lots of things and the list of possible causes is getting shorter. However, there are still several things that could be potentially causing your misfire. The big question is, when you scan the car, are the codes for a specific cylinder(s) misfire, or for a random misfire? This will change the list of potential causes quite a bit. If it is random misfire, you are looking for things that affect the whole engine (air flow, vacuum leak, fuel supply, potentially wiring or even PCM). If the code is for specific cylinders, you are looking at things that affect just that cylinder(s) (fuel injector, internal issue like valves or rings, wiring or PCM) Unfortunately it is also possible that one or more of the parts that you replaced was not good, or that something has gotten damaged in the process. Without knowing the fault codes and approaching the diagnosis strategically based on those codes, it can get overwhelming pretty quickly. It may be best at this point to have someone with access to a quality scan tool and other diagnostic equipment take a look at the car. A qualified tech/shop will be able to monitor engine conditions and run specific tests based on what they are seeing in the fault codes and scan data, in order to hone in on the cause of your misfiring.
