Power window problems

I think it is the switch

I have the same problem with my 2004 freestar. It has one fuse that operates both front windows. I can hear my window motor click once when pushing up/down button. I have power going to the motor so it has to be the window motor/regulator. See if you can hear your motor clicking. If not check the fuse and power at your window switch.
