What is your question?
I was driving down the street and my ac stopped blowing air completely. So I turned it off and it came back on. I’m wondering what could have possibly made it stop like that

Hello, if the air stopped altogether, then the blower motor for the fan may have lost power, failed internally even temporarily, or experienced a power supply interruption, such as from the controls malfunctioning or some kind of wiring or relay / resistor issue in line to the motor. Hands on diagnostic testing is required to resolve the concern. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
AC IS NOT BLOW COLD AIR OR AC SYSTEM DON'T BLOW AIR, FIST YOU NEED TO CHECK IF THE AC COMPRESSOR IS WORKING , MAYBE IS LOW FREON OR AC COMPRESSOR STOP TO WORK, GOOD LUCK
