car hesitates when you push the gas on take off

What is your question?

i thought it was me at first but other people have noticed it but on take off at a traffic light or any stop when i push the gas the car will hesitate go hesitate go a couple of times then go. but it dosen't do it every time but it dose it enough to be a pain
