I was fixing my window and my babysitter need a ride home so some things were unplugged in the window or in the driver door and I started my car got to box down and my car completely shut off won't crank had to get towed and it's still doing the same thing I replace the battery and check the fuses and the anti-theft light is still blinking I tried plugging back in the window nothing I have tried taking off terminal n holding them together to reset didn't work

Hello, there is no "bypass" for the passive anti-theft system (PATS) that involves having a key programmed to the vehicle in order to start it. I have no idea how "unplugging" anything could cause this. The only other thought I have is that if your vehicle is equipped with a "perimeter" anti-theft system, and you unplugged something in a door, it could think your door is open when it's closed, setting off the anti-theft system and preventing starting. But even that would allow the car to start with use of the proper key... I'd say ensure you have a properly programmed key to work with the vehicle.
