What is your question?
I have a 2010 ford escape Ltd. I bought this past winter. I had noticed that air flow to feet was weak but didn't make a big deal. Now the dual climate control isn't working right. I turn the heat on and driver side blows cool and passenger side is hot. It's like that for defrost and vents. What is the problem?
How long has your 2010 Ford Focus had this problem?
Just a week.

Hello, you have temperature blend door motors and air flow motors that control direction of air flow and temperature of air flow. On many cars, these motors require dashboard removal to inspect and repair. On this car, it is easier to access them. Do you hear any clicking noises when you move the temperatures up and down? Testing is required, but my gut feeling is that one or more motors are not working properly, or perhaps even the evaporator box which contains the doors could be at issue. Sometimes folks replace the motors and the box is broken, so nothing improves. A good physical inspection is in order.
