What is causing the tapping/rubbing noise in my front drivers side?

What is your question?

My front driver side makes a fast tapping noise when coasting, it doesn't make the noise when accelerating or braking or turning. The taps get slower and longer as the car is coming to a stop. Just replaced the wheel bearing hub assembly on both sides, brake pads and rotors on both sides and tie bar end on the driver's side.

What makes this problem better or worse?
