What is your question?
I’ve been told I need to replace my blend door actuator on my 2008 Focus SE. I have heat on the passenger side but not on drivers side. It’s right down the middle. I’m on a very limited income so I’m trying to do this myself. I’ve asked on a Focus site and I’ve been given 3 different answers as to where it is located and how to get to it.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing helps
How long has your 2008 Ford Focus had this problem?
Three weeks

Hello, if you only have a "single zone" temperature control, meaning you cannot set the driver's side temperature separate from the passenger side, then your temperature blend door actuator is not the cause of your concern. The temperature blend door actuator on this vehicle will not vary the temperature from the driver's to the passenger's side. Testing should be performed to find out why your heat is less on one side than the other. It could be that your engine is not getting to proper operating temperature. Testing is needed. I understand you're trying to work on a limited income, but your limited income will be wasted by replacing a part unnecessarily.
