My car accelerates at 2000rpm but struggles sometimes to reach past 2000rpm if shuffles and my car shakes jerking back and forth when it goes past 2000rpm it works fine and has no issue shifting.

I have a 2007 Ford Focus. I have been up to date on oil changes and getting a transmission flush. When I start my car and accelerate sometimes my car has trouble going past 2000rpm it shuffles and my car jerks. I have to turn on and off my car. I then try to press the gas all the way but My rpm shuffle until it finally gets over 2000rpm. When it reaches past 2000rpm it runs fine and has no issues.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Sometimes a full tank of gas helps it. But it’s random.
