Does not accept CDs

What is your question?

Tried pushing the 3 and 6 buttons (sending the it into a speaker test mode) and then the 1 button (sending it into a "self test" mode), but it still wont accept a CD.

Hello, testing modes does not mean you'll be able to insert a CD. You'll need to find a car audio specialist near you - that specializes in factory audio systems. Try a shop near you for help: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
