My 2006 Ford focus won’t accelerate makes a weird noise when it bogs down and it’s throwing a code P0491 and P0410

Car will not accelerate engine Boggs and makes a weird noise like a very fast ticking or cranking noise. Like if you were winding a cherry picker kind of. Engine throwing codes p0491 and p0410. I’ve done some tests and secondary vacuum is working I believe it’s the diverter valve but again will not go bogs right down and that noise it makes takes my foot off the execrator. It idols ok occasionally it bogs down. The weird thing is is it went from nothing too major in a day or two but I didn’t really drive it that much it’s through the code a couple days prior I probably drove about 30 miles and then it just said enough. Could the diverter valve cause the engine to do that if not what else could it be
