Rubber in fuel line code p0171

What is your question?

Upon first start up car will run till it warms up then fuel pump shuts off and car dies give it 20 min or so and it will start again. Changed just about every sensor replaced, numerous parts changed. Found rubber pieces in fuel rail and no missing o rings

What makes this problem better or worse?

Its worse when the engine warms up

Debris inside the fuel rail is definitely a concern. The fuel system should be fully flushed, including the tank. Checking for deterioration or contamination of any fuel system component is important, and may lead to replacement of the fuel pump and the injectors. I had the very same problem with my 05 focus and I changed the injectors and it started running fine it's a very hard one to diagnose and I have no idea where the rubber came from.
