Also the switch for the wipers is not working. When it is pushed to clean them then they turn on
What makes this problem better or worse?

It is very possible the brake light is due to low brake fluid. Check the fluid level and filled as instructed in the manual. Usually there is a fill line on the reservoir. Make sure to use the proper fluid as well. This is listed in the owners manual or right on the cap. The wiper issue can be the switch or stalk for the wipers controls. make sure the E-brake handle is pushed all the way down. even the least little pull on it will cause the brake light to come on.
The wipers are fixed I do not have a manual, I bought the car used. I am not sure where to fill the brake fluid but I will take it to someone Thank you Alex
