A/C is not on when this happens. Mechanic could not duplicate condition and had the car for 3 days. I had the car for 3 days after and when I was on line at a fast food restaurant, it began to overheat. i turned the heat on high and it cooled down.

it sounds like your electric fans are not turning on, take it to the shop & have them check the fan relays.Turning the heat on is a great way to help ur car cool down in that given situation tho it might also be a good idea to turn the car off if ur going Tobe stopped for any extended period of time.
