Try cleaning the battery connections with hot water and baking soda, place a drain pan under the car and wash off everything afterward with a hose. The baking soda and hot water neutralizes acid (don't get this on your hands or in your eyes.) If the connection is frozen on the battery post or the hardware at the clamp is stripped there is a tool that acts as a puller to remove the connection (about $15 at any auto parts store) or you can cut the end of the connection off at the battery connection and replace the end with a universal battery connection that has a small bridge piece you strip the wire and place it under the bridge piece and tighten the clamp. on the new battery connection.
