What is your question?
around 65 mph and 75 mph the front of the car shakes back and forth causing very rough vibration when I accelerate it stops if i shift into neutral while shaking occurs the vibration remains. Could this be wheel balance or alignment?

Its sounds like you have more than one problem causing your driveability issues. First, have the tires checked. Out of balance tires can definately cause vibration at highway speeds. Misalignment will not cause a vibration- unless- the alignment issue is so bad that it damaged the tires to the point that they are causing the problem.
Does it only happen when accelerating? If so, it could be a CV drive axle (halfshaft). Does the steering wheel shake back n forth as well?
