What is your question?
Engine shuts down suddenly, lose of electrical power at low speed, sometimes when making a turn? Does not seem to be fuel related, seems to be electrical only.
What makes this problem better or worse?
sporadic, does not show codes when computer is checked for codes.
How long has your 2001 Ford Focus had this problem?

Are you saying you have no lights and the battery is dead when this happens? How do you again operate the vehicle? If it is truly an electrical concern, diagnostic testing of the charging system starting with the battery should be performed. Check all wiring and cabling to ensure it is secure and not damaged in any way.
