What is your question?
Saw an ad for this car selling for $700, and apparently just needs these two things, is this a good buy?

Lots of other info would weigh into my decision. Like, how is the engine? The transmission? Steering? Axle shafts? Motor mounts? Brakes? Tires? How many miles does it have? Why does it need the belt? Is it off now?
The belt is the easy part. Depending on the engine, you may have to remove the engine mounting bolts from the ening wheel well and move the engine toward the front of the car 2-3" to provide enough space to remove alternator. Remember to mark the bolt locations on the engine mount plate. Average Joe time is abou 3 hours from start to finish.
