I have a 2012 Ford Flex SE that appears to maybe have the Ford Sync feature. I have the phone button, I have the usb, and when I press phone it doesn't mute the radio. I went through some troubleshooting procedures like removing fuses and letting the system reset after 3 to 5 minutes. Now when I start the car and press the phone button it stays stuck on the connecting screen. And then it'll time itself out or the phone button will stop working. Is the sync feature box located deeper Within the front driver side fried or is there another procedure like a hard reset through on hooking the battery a good fix?
How long has your 2012 Ford Flex had this problem?
