It comes on every now and then but it will also go off by itself. But when its on it stops my heating system from wirking along with the defrost system and the radio. I've taken it to the dealership had it put on the machine but it shows nothing

How odd -- I cannot think of a correlation of the AdvanceTrac system and your ventilation system. Are there any aftermarket devices - alarm, mileage tracking devices -- installed on the vehicle? Other than those abnormalities, you'll have to catch the concerns in the act.
