Add 10 inch sub woofer to car

Hi I would like to know if I need to add a amp to my 2010 Ford flex limited stock stereo system which is equipped with a Sony system amp and subwoofer from the dealer. I need to know if I need to add an extra amp or not to run the 10-in kicker
