Code p0562

What is your question?

My car cut off on me aftering making a turn battery went dead it wouldnt start got a new battery it started but my engine and transmission light on...I had it scanned there was a code P0562

What makes this problem better or worse?

Now when i try to start it it sounds like my starter is dragging
