Whats wrong with my Ford Fiesta?

What is your question?

My car jerks when i drive it. It started jerking alot when driving.Then the accelerator slowed down and wouldn't go pass 10 mph, when going up a steep hill. Sometimes it speeds up when i drive it also.

What makes this problem better or worse?
