Failed to start after charging , AA came charged voltage was 9 should be about 12/13. Cannot Comprehend a akyernator going on this age of car. Fiesta titanium 1.000 eco boost.
How long has your 2014 Ford Fiesta had this problem?

if you're sure about this,a fully charged battery should have 12.6 Volts at the battery terminals with the car off. with the engine running you should have 13.5-15.0 Volts (14.2 Volts is bout perfect) at the battery terminals with a volt meter set to DC Volts. you must have the SE model 1.0L because the Titanium only comes with the 1.6L engine....
Thankyou.fiesta Ecco boost 1.000,has dark windows spoiler all extras what ever that’s called. What I want to know please the alternator has gone according to Allen ford, and spring on left back side of car, car has only done 11,239 miles, is 4yrar old December the 10th. So Reading a little about alternators today should last at least 7 yrs ? My car is not done the mileage or usage to justify this alternator going.Id this tight what I have read ?if do what can I do about it. Regaurds Tracey P
