Having trouble with electrical and ignition

I have a 2014 Ford Fiesta. 2 weeks ago I stopped at corner store and when I started it, the steering wheel was locked and I couldn't turn the ignition. I finally jiggled the wheel a bit and was able to turn the ignition and start the car, but my clock and radio were reset. Then 2 weeks after that, my car wouldn't start, same deal, but this time jiggling the steering didn't do it. I called CAA and someone came, got in the car, and just started it?! He left, I turned the car off to go back inside, and came back a couple of minutes later, and again I couldn't turn the key, or even press the brake and change gears (automatic). I opened my door, closed it, tried again, and it worked! Then tonight after work, I got in my car, noticed the battery icon was on my dash screen. The car started no problem but my clock and radio were reset again.... what is happening!!!??
