Why is my 1996 Ford Van F350 XL-XLT Just die

I have a 1996 Ford Van ( Its from UHALL) F350 XL-XLT with a 7.5 L V8 EFL I will be driving and it will die I have put in a new ignition control modular and it still dies If i let set 2 or 3 hours it will start. when it started the ABS light came on. it also has a 4 amps draw on the battery all the time, if i pull the wires off the alternator it goes to "0" I would appreciate any help Thank You
