Motor spins but wont start

What is your question?

just replaced the valve cover gaskets on my 95 7.3 if I pour diesel straight into the intake it tries to start but it won't

Hello, check the wiring harnesses to the fuel injectors, which may have been affected by replacing the gaskets. Ensure all connections are intact. Other than that, hands on testing is needed.
