1995 ford f350 just bought needs work. checking lights no right turn signal front or back. checked bulbs changed round blinker thing in fuse panel. back started working but front still does not work. They all flash when emergency flasher is on.

Sounds like a possible wiring concern causing circuit failure. Do you have a trailer hitch wiring harness attached?
