Thanks. For those of you who don't want to take the wheel off to know if your rotors can be turned, minimum rotor thickness for rear wheels is 32.4mm I don't know what it is for the front.
It cost $20.50(each) to have them turned. Cost for the set of brake pads(both sides) was $54.00 inculding shipping, clips, and rubber gaskets or the caliper pins. Total cost have the rotors turned and new pads was $99.00. $95.00 for the parts and turning the rotors + 3.99 for a big can of brake cleaner.
The price they gave me at the tire store to do the work was $602.00 but it did include rebuilt calipers which I did not need. For future reference, these are what the prices are/were as of May 5, 2012.
