Hello, this is a big can of worms here -- this engine has so many possible causes of concern and really needs to have troubleshooting performed by a highly skilled and experienced 6.0L Power Stroke Ford pro technician. And they are definitely out there! Experience is everything with these engines. Not sure why you changed the "fuel pump" -- fuel delivery to the injectors is handled by the high pressure oil pump; only basic fuel line pressure is driven by the electric pump(s). Was the concern present before the repairs made, or only after?
