What is your question?
(90K miles on engine) My automatic transmission is not shifting when it should. It runs the RPMs very high before it shifts, and then sometimes clanks/jerks pretty good as it shifts. Adding trans fluids sometimes makes it a bit better and sometimes not. When I last had work done (injectors cleaned/replaced) the guy said the computer sensor that told the engine when to shift was bad and that it was replaced. And it worked when I got the truck back, but its really bad now. I'm afraid to go back to the same guy (Sunrise Ford) because I believe he gouged me. When I first got the truck (80K, 5 years ago) the trans was leaking and another shop replaced the seals. What could be wrong? Thanks for your help.

I would have your truck scanned at a good independent shop. It could have been the Throttle Position Sensor that was the problem. May the new one went 'bad' ( it does happen). There should be some codes that will indicate why the trans is not shifting properly.
I would take it to a shop and let them scan for codes, just because there is not a code does not mean anything, in order to log a code the sensor or what ever it mey be has to fall below or go above what ever the set paramater is in the ecm program. If it was me and I thought is was a code I would hook up a computer to it and test drive it to see live data on the engine and trans., Now there has been several tourqe converter failures with these Ford Super Dutys I have replaced several of them in our field service trucks here at Cat. and some trans. to thats why I say to look at some live data first if you think it maybe a sensor. One more thing is there any rattleing form the trans. when idling or in gear with your foot on the brake.
I have a 2000 F350. 208,000 miles on tranny. Just had trans flushed. I have a rattle and noise with foot on brake and shifting between reverse and drive. Sounds like something loose and bouncing around or about to give out. What is issue?
