Question Asked: Transmission

(90K miles on engine)
My automatic transmission is not shifting when it should. It runs the RPMs very high before it shifts, and then sometimes clanks/jerks pretty good as it shifts. Adding trans fluids sometimes makes it a bit better and sometimes not.
When I last had work done (injectors cleaned/replaced) the guy said the computer sensor that told the engine when to shift was bad and that it was replaced. And it worked when I got the truck back, but its really bad now.
I'm afraid to go back to the same guy (Sunrise Ford) because I believe he gouged me.
When I first got the truck (80K, 5 years ago) the trans was leaking and another shop replaced the seals.
What could be wrong?
Thanks for your help.
