Can I start a Ford Van after 5 years, or does the gas have to be drained and ad fresh gas?

Obviously it would be best to drain tank and refill with fresh fuel but that can be a challenging task.. As fuel gets used up keep adding more fresh fuel along as you go. I’d try my suggestion first - can always drain / refill later - if absolutely necessary.
