I have an oil pan leak i check regularly and add when needed. I drove truck all over it ran fine get home park in driveway went to move it 5 mins later it slow cranked for maybe 5 seconds then stopped shut key off tried it again same result then on next attempt clicks now no crank at all I replaced both batteries month before along with altinator then when this happened got starter it did roll but same as before roll and stop then nothing replaced starter relay still nothing im about at the end of my rope with it help me???
How long has your 1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty had this problem?

Defective battery (either one) - - Battery cabling poor connections (either end)
Based on your information, it sounds like you could have an issue with heat soak affecting the starter motor. Testing would be required to know for sure. If cable connections are good and batteries test ok, than that is the next step.
Try jump start using 0 gauge or better jumper cables - (professional quality) Charge batteries fully using a ‘sufficient’ battery charger. I am assuming you are aware BOTH batteries must be the correct size and have the exact same specs (CCA - CA) - preferably same manufacturer - (brand name). EACH battery needs to be in the 1,000 CCA range for optimum performance! Good luck!
