My 2005 f20 dont want to shift and hS loss of power going up hill

Hello, do you have any warning lights illuminated? Does the "O/D" light on the shift lever flash? Diagnostic testing using proper high end diagnostic equipment will aid in determining what's wrong with this vehicle; it's too wide open based on the limited information and without being able to test hands on for anyone here to provide any further useful data.
