Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! If your 1993 Ford F-250 is blowing no heat even after replacing the heater core and thermostat, and the hoses are hot, a blend door issue could indeed be the culprit. The blend door controls whether the air blows over the heater core for warm air or bypasses it for cool air. If the blend door actuator is stuck or malfunctioning, you’ll get cold air. To test it, you can try manually moving the blend door actuator or check if it responds to temperature control changes. You might need to access it under the dash—often a bit of a tight spot! Remember, the lower hose should be cooler to the touch there could be an air pocket trapped in there. You may need to "burp" the Ford!
