Had it taken to shop .. Drivable n changed out clutch pressure plate slave cylinder new line n new clutch master cylinder .. Got truck back n had no response on pedal .. Now it jumps when starting

Bring it back to the shop. It might not have been bled correctly although a lot of those fords (I'm not sure if yours does or not) have a pre-filled and bled master and slave cylinder assembly so that shouldn't be an issue. It's possible you have a problem with other parts of the clutch like the throw out fork or bearing or maybe the pedal bracket or something but if you had your clutch repaired at a legitimate shop and it still doesn't work there's no reason why they shouldn't take care of it for you.
