What is your question?
Crank starts an dies, if spray cleaner in throttle body it will run longer then die. Have ran all kinds of test. Replaced front tank fuel pump. It started back in winter. If I put gas in and say it was ½ to ¾ full. Then before long you would hear a high pitch winning or humming wasn't long an it wouldn't start, Several times the starter has stayed engaged. It's to the point now starter is taost. An now I don't hear both my relay's activating like they used to. The EEC you can barely hear it engage but it passed all the test I was advised to do with a multimeter. I also ran test on my fuel pump relay an it as well passed all the tests. I ran wires directly from battery to high pressure pump on frame under driver's side. It ran strong. Just like I ran jumper wires to the OBD1 pins manually activated all 3 fuel pumps. An the back tank is the that Original 1 that started this issue.
How long has your 1990 Ford F-250 had this problem?

Hello, clearly there is a lack of fuel getting to the engine compared to the available air. Is there too much air? There are too many variables to approach here for me to weigh in. A guess or two -- Have you checked and even replaced (inexpensive) fuel pump relays? EEC relay? Simple stuff that can have such an effect. If the relays are known good, have you performed a fuel pressure test and leak down test with a manual gauge for each pump? All the "bypass" and "jumpers" can tell you things sometimes, but if you don't have a plan and know what you're seeking, then it's merely experimentation.
