My transmission gauge reads 199 - 200 most of times but transmission cooler is cool to touch as well as hoses.

What is your question?

Changed coolant. It doesn't get up to 199 range very quickly it takes maybe 25 miles before it get that hot? Transmission fluid leve is on key.

What makes this problem better or worse?

No engine climb up to 185.

How long has your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty had this problem?

Its alway run that temperature. Was told ut was normal.
